We are looking for a BPO Telecaller to join our team in Vikas Puri, Delhi. This role is suitable for individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience and requires at least a 12th-grade education. The position is full-time and based in the office.

As a BPO Telecaller, your primary responsibilities will include communicating with customers over the phone, providing information about our services or products, and helping resolve customer queries. You will be expected to make outbound calls as well as handle incoming calls, ensuring that each customer feels valued and understood. Building and maintaining robust customer relationships is essential for this role.

You will also record customer interactions accurately in the database, track leads, and follow up as needed. Familiarity with basic computer operations will be required to handle data entry tasks efficiently.
