Eligibility Criteria
Graduate with 4- 6 years of experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or organized retail.
Valid Punjab Drug License is Mandatory.
Proven experience in managing retail store operations and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Drive sales, productivity, and profitability while achieving business targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver operational excellence.
Monitor store performance, analyze KPIs, and implement action plans to improve business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, SOPs,



audit requirements, and company policies.
Oversee inventory management, stock availability, expiry management, and loss prevention.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ensure store hygiene, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and store operations.
