Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage bulk hiring campaigns for various clients across different industries.
- Source top talent through Non-IT recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify the best candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for recent hires.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in field sales roles hiring or volume hiring.
- Proven track record of successful talent acquisition in the BFSI/Insurance/Financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies for non-IT roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
