Used Cooking Oil (UCO) to oversee the procurement, collection, logistics, and supplier management of used cooking oil across an assigned region. The ideal candidate will drive collection targets, build strong relationships with food service establishments, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement and collection of used cooking oil (UCO) across the assigned cluster.
Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, catering companies, food manufacturers, and institutional clients.
Identify and onboard current suppliers to expand the UCO collection network.
Ensure timely collection, transportation, and delivery of used cooking oil to processing facilities.
Monitor collection volumes,



operational performance, and achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and processing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines related to UCO collection and disposal.
Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements, collection schedules, inventory, and operational reports.
