Role : HR Recruiter (Recruitment Company)

Location : Ahmedabad (Makarba)

Exp : 1yr - 5yrs

Key Responsibilities:

- Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
- Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for the client company
- Communicate with job seekers for matching the profiles given by the employers
- Follow up with the candidates/ employers for formalities relating to joining, documentation etc.
- Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates • Cold calling companies to promote recruitment services
- Achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month
- Building relationship with the candidates, clients.
- Coordination for Scheduling interviews, joining etc.
- Effectively using the job portals and other internal data
- Team Lead experience a must in case of HR Manager

Skill requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

• Passion for Recruitment

• Operational knowledge of MS Word, Excel and computer usage
