- Source and attract top talent for manufacturing roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology.
- Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill positions or meeting tight deadlines.
