- One point contact for the Financiers ( Banks, NBFCs, etc.) relationships for RXIL.
- Managing Financial Institutions and complete handholding for platform operability.
- Building relationships with all the Participant across the FIs.
- Handle operational issues / complaints raised by Financiers.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes & service to customers.
- Engaging with financiers for lead generation.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in Business Banking or related field (Corporate Banking).
- Solid understanding of financial institutions, particularly those serving large corporates and SMEs.
- Proven track record in building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
