Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Induction & Onboarding: Manage recent joiner documentation, coordinate joining formalities, submit files for Background Verification (BGV), and share accurate details with payroll and recruitment teams.
- Grievance Handling & Employee Relations: Act as a mediator between employees and managers to resolve grievances. Conduct 1-on-1 counseling sessions, manage pre-PIP discussions, and conduct exit interviews to drive retention.
- Performance Motivation: Meet with low-performing team members to ensure they are motivated and receiving proper coaching and feedback from line managers.
- HR Communication: Draft and circulate HR announcements, policy updates, guideline changes, and official employment/ex-employee verification letters.
- Employee Engagement & Floor Activities: Plan and execute floor competitions,



festival celebrations, social service drives, and welfare campaigns to keep the work culture vibrant and lively

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduate or MBA in HR.
- Experience: 1+ years of core hands-on experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or as an HR Generalist.
- Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal and mediation skills, empathetic listening, and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Shift Readiness: Comfortable working UK Shift hours (rotational window between 6:30 AM IST and 2:30 AM IST)
