Hiring: Assistant Accounts Manager (FARVISION ERP)

Location: Sultanpur, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

LOHIA WORLDSPACE is looking for an experienced Assistant Accounts Manager with strong expertise in FARVISION ERP and real estate finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing accounting processes through FARVISION, ensuring statutory compliance, generating MIS reports, and supporting financial controls across multiple projects.

Candidates having prior experience in real estate companies using FARVISION ERP will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

FARVISION ERP Operations

- Manage end-to-end accounting transactions in FARVISION ERP.
- Handle Finance & Accounts modules within FARVISION.
- Create and maintain Masters (Vendors, Customers, Chart of Accounts, Cost Centres, Projects, etc.).
- Verify accounting entries generated through FARVISION.
- Manage Receipt, Payment, Journal, Contra, Debit Note, and Credit Note vouchers.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation through FARVISION.
- Generate project-wise and company-wise MIS reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities using FARVISION.
- Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and system integrity.
- Coordinate with users to resolve ERP-related accounting issues.
- Support implementation of new FARVISION modules and process improvements.
- Assist in ERP testing, user training, and process documentation.

Finance & Accounts





- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Maintain General Ledger (GL) and trial balance accuracy.
- Prepare schedules for audits and financial reviews.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure proper documentation and accounting controls.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely GST compliance and reconciliations.
- Prepare and verify TDS deductions and returns.
- Support Income Tax and statutory audit requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants.
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate project profitability reports.
- Prepare cash flow statements and fund utilization reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and outstanding reports.
- Provide financial analysis and management dashboards.
- Assist management with data-driven decision-making.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows through FARVISION.
- Standardize accounting processes and SOPs.
- Strengthen internal financial controls.
- Ensure ERP compliance across finance operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless financial processes.

- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of project accounting and ERP-based financial management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven workplace.
