PURPOSE OF THE JOB
An overview of the job and its contribution:

To Manage business for allotted branches. Maximize performance on sales and quality objectives for the circle .
Handle team of FLS (10-15).

DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES;
Main duties, tasks and responsibilities of the role:
Ensure the high quality and high persistency of business generated by the local production unit, to support the long-term profitability of the company
Develop knowledge of local market dynamics to improve productivity of the FLS(e.g.,through targeting specific segments, products and FCs)
¢ Identify and align non- sales resources in support of the circles business goals (e.g.,learningand development,operations,humanresources,etc)maximize value from the deployment of these resources within the circle and driving sales production and managing the associated costs.
