Requirement for Senior Officer Intercompany Process

We are seeking to hire a Senior Officer for the Intercompany Process team to support the growing operational requirements and ensure effective management of intercompany transactions across entities.

Key Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification
- Candidate should be a Commerce Graduate (B.Com) or possess an equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Candidates with additional professional qualifications or certifications in Finance and Accounting will be preferred.

- Relevant Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Intercompany Accounting, Reconciliation, or related Finance processes.
- Experience in handling intercompany transactions, balance confirmations, account reconciliations, and dispute resolution is desirable.

- Technical Skills





- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, CargoWise, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting tools.

- Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different regions and functions.
- Experience in handling escalations and driving issue resolution effectively.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

- Ability to analyze aged outstanding balances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to process compliance and accuracy.
