Role & responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Business Profile posts, photos, Q&A;, review responses

SEO

Run and monitor Google Ads (Search) campaigns

Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — content posting, boosting, engagement

Manage and update Justdial and Practo listings

Collect and respond to Google reviews from patients

Plan and execute monthly content calendar (festival posts, health awareness content, doctor features)

Coordinate with photographer/videographer for monthly content shoots

Assist in planning and promoting medical camps

Manage WhatsApp Business broadcasts to patients

Track and report weekly performance — leads, calls, reviews, ad spend

Work closely with hospital management to align marketing with patient acquisition goals
