Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions.
- Understand manpower needs and create hiring plans.
- Drive direct sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct screening calls and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain interview scorecards and documentation.

Onboarding & Pre-Joining

- Manage documentation, induction.
- Ensure solid candidate engagement from offer acceptance till joining.
- Deliver continuous onboarding experience for new hires.

Employer Branding

- Improve job visibility on Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, and other job boards.
- Support branding initiatives and social media hiring campaigns.

Recruitment MIS & Reporting





- Track hiring metrics (TAT, funnel metrics, source effectiveness).
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership.
- Recommend process improvements for faster closures.
- Maintain updated recruitment documents and candidate records.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in Non - IT Recruitment

Experience in Recruitment (Jewellery, Retail)

Stakeholder Management Skills
