- Prepare design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD
- BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation, estimation, and costing
- Handle client meetings, understand project requirements, and provide design solutions
- Coordinate and manage project execution at site
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of works
- Check quality standards, finishing, and material execution
- Work closely with vendors, contractors, and project teams
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Work location : Hyderabad, However need to visit other sites too based on the company requirements.
Required Skills:
- Experience in corporate and retail commercial interior projects
- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD and interior detailing
- BOQ preparation and project costing
- Client handling and project coordination
- Site execution and quality checking
- Good communication and reporting skills
Good knowledge in RCC structures construction, Civil construction will be an added advantage.
