Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source high-quality apparel products from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop product concepts, select fabrics, trims, and embellishments.
- Manage inventory levels by forecasting demand, ordering stock, and maintaining accurate records of shipments.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers through regular communication, negotiations, and performance evaluations.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in apparel merchandising or sourcing.
- Solid knowledge of textiles, fabrics, trims, embellishments, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent negotiation skills for effective supplier management.
