• Support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors LMS
• Troubleshoot course completion and learner issues
• Manage domain security and user access
• Integrate third-party learning content providers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on learning solutions
• Support LMS expansion initiatives and system integrations
• Participate in release testing and continuous improvement activities
Preferred:
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS Certification
• Experience with LMS implementations and integrations
• Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
