1. Review and verify Title Search Reports (TSR)
2. Conduct legal due diligence for property-backed loans
3. Coordinate with Sales teams & legal vendors for timely case processing
4. Raise and close legal queries by collecting required documents
5. Evaluate RERA-approved / Authority-approved properties
6. Manage and monitor legal vendors & TAT compliance

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: LLB / LLM

Experience: 25 years (NBFC / Bank / HFC preferred)

Robust knowledge of property laws, mortgage process & RERA

Experience in TSR handling & property verification
