About The Opportunity

A dynamic HR solutions provider operating in the global finance and compliance sector, we partner with Australian firms to deliver expert accounting and taxation support from our India-based operational hub. Our team ensures precision, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting, GST/VAT, and statutory filings for clients across Australia—bridging regulatory standards with scalable back-office excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and file Australian income tax returns, business activity statements (BAS), and instate GST compliance for corporate and SME clients.
- Reconcile accounts, maintain ledgers, and generate financial reports aligned with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and ATO requirements.
- Support audit preparation by compiling documentation, verifying transactions, and coordinating with client accountants and auditors.
- Advising clients on tax-saving strategies, compliance deadlines, and changes to Australian tax laws or ATO policies.
- Use accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online) to manage client books, automate workflows,



and ensure clean, audit-ready records.
- Collaborate with offshore teams and Australian supervisors to resolve client queries, manage timelines, and maintain SLA adherence.

Must-Have

Preferred

- CA ANZ or CPA Australia certification
- Experience with TaxCalc or AusTax software
- Working knowledge of Australian Payroll (STP) systems
