Key Responsibility: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve annual volume, revenue, and profit margins. Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales managers, marketing staff, and business development executives. Market Expansion: Conduct continuous market research to identify pricing trends, competitor movements, and recent business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Key Account Management: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, EPC contractors, dealers, and channel partners. Brand Positioning: Spearhead marketing campaigns, product launches,



and participation in major trade fairs to strengthen brand visibility. Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and contract negotiation to timely delivery and collections. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Metallurgy, MBA. Experience: 6–15 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the steel manufacturing or trading sector. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of steel products, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics.
