About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Business Analysis and Product Ownership to lead the development of our dMRV (Digital Measurement, Reporting & Verification) platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to build digital solutions that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and optimize business processes for the dMRV platform.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from field teams and stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan sprints, monitor development progress, and ensure timely product releases.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate delivered features, and ensure business requirements are met.
- Conduct product demonstrations, end-user training, and support successful product adoption.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, GIS, Operations, and Business to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a combined BA/Product Owner role.
- Strong expertise in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile platforms.
- Ability to write transparent user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience managing UAT, defect tracking, and release validation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SaaS products, enterprise applications, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to GIS, drone technology, agriculture, sustainability, climate technology, carbon markets, or dMRV platforms is an added advantage.
- CSPO, PSPO, or Business Analysis certification is preferred.
