The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with oil & gas integrations (IOCL| HPCL| BPCL| Nayara) and a solid understanding of FSM support processes| including request handling and issue resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign| implement| and support IFS FSM External Integrations with IOCL| HPCL| BPCL| and Nayara.Handle integration-related incidents| enhancements| and troubleshooting.Manage and resolve Request Creation issues within IFS FSM.Diagnose and fix OTP-related issues impacting field operations or user workflows.Provide L2/L3 support for FSM applications ensuring system stability and performance.Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions.Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues.Required Skills & ExpertiseCore SkillsStrong experience in IFS FSM implementation and support.Hands-on experience in external system integrations| particularly with oil & gas sector clients.Expertise in handling Request Creation processes| OTP troubleshooting| and integration issues.Functional KnowledgeConfiguration (Business rules| workflows| forms)Dashboard & ReportingInventory ManagementService Requests / Work OrdersTechnical SkillsUnderstanding of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP)Knowledge of middleware/integration frameworksAbility to analyze logs and integration errorsFamiliarity with databases (SQL preferred)Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesGood communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProactive approach to issue resolutionPreferred QualificationsExperience in Oil & Gas domain integrationsPrior experience in production support environmentsCertification in IFS FSM (if available)
