Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with exposure to India Localization and hands-on troubleshooting capabilities. The ideal candidate should be able to independently analyze and resolve finance-related issues without reliance on Oracle Support and possess excellent communication skills. Exposure to Oracle Fusion SaaS modules is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support and solutioning for Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Handle India Localization requirements including GST, TDS, TCS, statutory reports, and compliance.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex finance issues without Oracle Support assistance.
- Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations.
- Participate in UAT, issue resolution, and production support.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant.
- Robust functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules.
- Deep understanding of India Localization and statutory requirements.
- Self-sufficient in problem analysis and issue resolution.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion SaaS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Assets) is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in migration or co-existence of EBS and Fusion is a plus.
