Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through builders, architects, consultants, developers, contractors, fabricators, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and technical presentations.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Expand market presence by identifying recent territories and business segments.
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track KPIs such as lead conversion, order value, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Marketing

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.




- Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media, website updates, and online lead generation.
- Plan participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Prepare brochures, product catalogues, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
- Maintain CRM records and customer databases.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Minimum 3 years in the Aluminium, uPVC Windows & Doors, Building Materials, Facade, Glass, Hardware, or Construction industry.
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of Aluminium and uPVC window systems, fabrication, and installation processes.
