Job Summary

The QA/QC Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and quality control systems across all company projects. The role ensures compliance with client specifications, statutory regulations, and international quality standards while driving continuous quality improvement across construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and quality management systems across all projects.

- Monitor quality performance of ongoing construction projects and ensure adherence to approved Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.

- Conduct periodic quality audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across project sites.

- Lead investigation of quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).





- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards and client requirements.

- Review and approve quality documentation, material approvals, test reports, inspection reports, and quality records.

- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and third-party inspection agencies on quality-related matters.

- Develop quality KPIs and prepare MIS reports for senior management.

- Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers across all project locations.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction quality, reduce rework, and improve customer satisfaction.
