Role & responsibilities

- Deliver UG/PG courses using Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and ICT-enabled teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and complete the syllabus as per AICTE/University norms.
- Mentor students, guide projects, internships, placements, and research activities.
- Conduct quality research, publish in reputed journals, secure funded projects, and promote innovation, patents, and entrepreneurship.
- Develop curriculum, laboratories, and learning resources aligned with industry requirements.
- Conduct examinations, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records.
- Contribute to NBA, NAAC, AICTE compliance, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
- Foster industry collaborations through internships, consultancy, guest lectures, workshops, and MoUs.




- Participate in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), conferences, and mentor junior faculty.
- Organize technical events, student clubs, outreach programmes, and institutional development initiatives.
- Serve on academic and administrative committees while ensuring compliance with AICTE, UGC, University, and institutional policies.

Eligibility

- Ph.D. in the relevant Engineering discipline.
- First Class in Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in the relevant branch.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience with at least 2 years post-Ph.D. experience.
- Minimum 6 research publications in SCI/Scopus/UGC Care/AICTE-recognized journals, as per AICTE norms.
