Job Summary:

Sales Head responsible for the overall management and performance of the branch, ensuring academic excellence, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and student satisfaction in alignment with Aakash standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic & Operational Management

- Oversee day-to-day branch operations.

- Ensure smooth execution of academic schedules and faculty performance.

- Monitor student attendance, performance, and feedback.

- Maintain high academic delivery standards.

2. Revenue & Business Growth

- Achieve admission targets and revenue goals.

- Plan and execute local marketing and outreach activities.

- Build relationships with schools and local institutions.

- Monitor fee collections and outstanding dues.

3. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage faculty and administrative staff.

- Conduct performance reviews and training sessions.

- Ensure discipline and professional work culture.

4. Student & Parent Engagement

- Address student and parent concerns effectively.

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and counselling sessions.

- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention.





5. Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure adherence to company policies and academic standards.

- Prepare MIS reports and submit performance reports regularly.

- Maintain branch infrastructure and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

- 5 to 10 years of experience in education management or branch operations

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experience in sales/target-driven workplace preferred
