Wishes and Blessings, a Noida based NGO is looking for a CSR Manager to lead and expand our corporate partnerships, drive resource mobilization, and ensure impactful collaborations that align with both organizational goals and corporate CSR mandates.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic CSR Partnerships

- Develop and implement a CSR partnership strategy in line with organizational objectives.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with corporates, foundations, and industry associations.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close CSR collaborations and MoUs.

Business Development & Fundraising

- Proactively research CSR opportunities and map potential donor organizations.
- Lead proposal development, grant applications, and customized presentations for corporate partners.
- Drive fundraising targets through CSR tie-ups and corporate sponsorships.

Proposal Writing & Reporting

- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, MoUs, and grant applications.
- Draft comprehensive impact reports for corporate partners in alignment with their CSR mandates.
- Work with program teams to collect data, success stories, and updates for reporting.

Donor Relationship & Stewardship

- Serve as the primary point of contact for CSR partners.
- Organize donor visits, reviews, and engagement activities.
- Ensure timely reporting, compliance, and partner satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Monitoring & Evaluation

- Collaborate with program teams to collect data, stories,



and outcomes for reporting.
- Prepare high-quality impact reports and presentations aligned with donor requirements.
- Track CSR contributions and evaluate impact against objectives.

Compliance & Representation

- Represent Wishes and Blessings at CSR forums, corporate networking events, and industry platforms.
- Support in organizing corporate volunteering initiatives and events.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in CSR partnerships, fundraising, or corporate engagement (NGO/Corporate Foundation experience preferred)

Skills:

- Solid networking, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent proposal writing, reporting, and presentation abilities.
- Deep understanding of CSR regulations, compliance, and trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and fundraising tools

Personal Attributes:

- Passion for social impact and development sector.
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence decision-makers.

This is a full time position and prior experience is Mandatory.

Salary Rs 30,000 -65,000 pm depending on experience.
