About the Role

Living Assets Builder Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who can support both field marketing and digital marketing activities for our real estate projects in Chennai.

This role is ideal for candidates who are energetic, confident in communication, and interested in marketing, branding, lead generation, and customer engagement. Freshers with strong interest in marketing are welcome.

ResponsibilitiesField & Ground Marketing

- Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and promotional materials in target locations
- Coordinate banner, flex, and hoarding placements
- Visit project sites and nearby localities for promotional activities
- Support real estate events, campaigns, and local activations
- Build relationships with local brokers and referral networks

Digital Marketing Support

- Assist with Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp marketing
- Coordinate social media posting and basic content execution
- Support Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns




- Track campaign enquiries and lead responses
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups

Marketing Operations

- Collect market insights and competitor activity
- Maintain marketing reports and campaign updates
- Help improve brand visibility across online and offline channels

Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma
- Freshers can apply
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Must be active, responsible, and willing to travel locally
- Interest in marketing and real estate industry preferred
