Qualification : any degree

Experience : 6 to 10 years experience in hospital background dealing with Bangladesh clients.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in hospital international marketing, specifically handling Bangladesh patient coordination and business development.
- Strong knowledge of medical tourism processes, including patient inquiry handling, treatment coordination, visa support, travel assistance, and follow-up.
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with Bangladesh referral partners, agents, consultants, and healthcare networks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Languages:

- English – Mandatory
- Bangla (Bengali) – Mandatory
- Additional regional languages related to Bangladesh will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inquiries from international patients, especially from Bangladesh.
- Coordinate with doctors, patient relations, billing,



and admission departments for smooth patient management.
- Promote hospital services through referral networks and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international business associates and referral partners.
- Achieve international patient conversion and revenue targets.
- Prepare periodic reports on patient inquiries, conversions, and business development activities.
