Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Marketing Executive to promote and sell our PAVO Software solutions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in software sales, ERP, SaaS, accounting software, or a related field, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Demonstrate and present PAVO Software to prospective clients.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce,



or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in software sales, ERP, SaaS, accounting software, or a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, Email, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in selling accounting, GST, ERP, payroll, or business software.
- Existing network with businesses, CA firms, SMEs, or corporate clients is an added advantage.
- For Bangalore location: Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
- For Kochi location: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
