Job Summary
The Branch Executive is responsible for supporting daily branch operations, customer service, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day branch operations.
- Maintain branch records, registers, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Attend customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Support loan processing, repayments, and account services.
- Maintain professional customer relationships.
- Verify customer documents and maintain proper filing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the zonal office for data submission.
- Assist in cash handling and transaction verification.
- Support reconciliation and end-of-day closing activities.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ₹19,650.00 per month
