Job Summary:

We are currently looking for Business Development Managers who are highly focused, enthusiastic, self-motivated, who would help us grow our business and work as partners in our growth story. Core Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the acquisition of small to large corporates for various banking-related products
- Enhancing/maintaining existing client relationships
- Enhancing/ maintaining relationships with banks and deriving leads from them
- Build relationships with Bankers, CA, and other NBFCs to generate leads
- Achieving the targeted growth in revenue and market share
- Scanning the market for potential leads, targeting, and converting the same into business for the company
- Manage lead generation by working on databases/referrals
- Negotiate and closure of mandates with the potential client

Job Specifications:

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any stream or MBA
Technical Skills Required

- Capability to do direct sourcing
- Basic understanding of the balance sheet
- Knowledge of Secured and Unsecured Business Loans Products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

People Skills Required

- Ability to build relationships
- Willing to travel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience

1+ years in banks/ NBFC/ other financial advisory firm
