Job Title: Cluster Head – IVF Centres

Location: Pollachi / Sundarapuram / Thudiyalur
Experience: 3 + Years in Healthcare / other field

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and revenue-driven Cluster Head to manage Trichy / Tanjore IVF branches, strengthen doctor referral networks, coordinate medical camps, and ensure operational excellence with strong revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue & Business Growth (Primary Responsibility)

- Drive and achieve monthly & annual revenue targets for assigned branches
- Monitor branch-wise revenue, conversion ratios & profitability
- Develop business expansion strategies to increase patient inflow
- Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions

2. Doctor Referral Development

- Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, physicians & referral doctors
- Increase referral network and ensure consistent case flow
- Conduct regular referral meetings and follow-ups
- Monitor referral conversion and performance

3. Camp Coordination & Outreach

- Plan and execute fertility camps, awareness programs & promotional activities
- Coordinate with marketing team for camp promotions
- Ensure proper patient follow-up from camp leads
- Analyze camp ROI and revenue conversion

4. Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned branches




- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, embryologists, nursing & admin teams
- Maintain SOP compliance and quality standards
- Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve escalations

5. Branch Visiting & Monitoring

- Conduct regular branch visits for performance review
- Evaluate staff productivity and operational efficiency
- Provide guidance and corrective training where required
- Submit detailed visit reports to management

6. Team Leadership

- Lead, motivate and monitor Centre Heads & branch teams
- Conduct performance reviews and set KPIs
- Ensure discipline, teamwork and productivity

Qualification

- MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management (Preferred) Any degree
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Hospital / IVF / Healthcare Operations
