Job Description – Back Office Executive - Finance & Insurance (Fresher Program)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Location: Gajanan Building No. 6, Flat No. 4, Ground Floor, Gajanan Colony Road, Jawahar Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai – 400104

Working Information

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Leaves: 12 paid leaves + 15 festival / national holidays

About the Role

We are hiring fresh graduates who want to build a career in Insurance, Investments, and financial services operations.
This role offers 4–6 month rotational training across each department, enabling the candidate to learn:

- Health Insurance Claims
- Health & General Insurance Renewals & Policy Issuance
- Life Insurance Servicing & New Business




- Investment & Wealth Products (Mutual Funds, Equity, FDs, Bonds, PMS, AIFs)
- Loans
- Data Management, KYC, Documentation & Compliance, Record Keeping

Candidates will become multi-skilled, capable of handling any profile independently.

Mandatory Skills

- Proficient in English reading & writing
- Good communication in Hindi
- Strong learning ability & willingness to work across different teams
- Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Email, Google Drive
- Punctual, disciplined & ethical

Preferred (Add-on) Skills—Not Mandatory

- Knowledge of insurance products or mutual funds
- Experience with ChatGPT or AI tools
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good customer service attitude
- Analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

- Managing policy servicing, claims, documentation & follow-ups
- Learning and supporting different departments during rotation
- Handling data entry, verification, sorting & cloud-based software
- Coordinating with clients, insurance company RMs, TPAs & brokers
- Maintaining trackers & updating daily logs
- Supporting wealth products: account opening, KYC, submissions
