Role Summary

The Assistant Studio Manager will support the Showroom Manager in the day-to-day operations of GlobalNest, ArtistryRoom, and Thread by assisting with customer service, sales, inventory management, showroom presentation, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

KRA: Task / Activities

- Assist the Showroom Manager in overseeing daily showroom operations and staff coordination.
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Support sales conversions through product demonstrations, catalogue walkthroughs, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in stock checks, inward and outward material movement, and warehouse coordination.
- Coordinate with the team for architect and interior designer walk-ins and orders.
- Support after-sales follow-up, delivery coordination, and customer query resolution.
- Maintain daily sales and footfall records and share updates with the Showroom Manager.

KPI: Performance Metrics





- Achievement of individual and showroom sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Footfall conversion rate.
- Accuracy of inventory and stock records.
- Timely sales and footfall reporting.
- Visual merchandising compliance.
- Effective coordination with warehouse and sales teams.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
- Stock and inventory coordination.
- Attention to detail in merchandising and documentation.

Preferred skills

- Experience in Furniture, Home Décor, Artefacts, or Soft Furnishing.
- Experience in retail or showroom sales.
- Exposure to architect and interior designer coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
