The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media & Community Manager to join our growing team. This person will be the voice of Kosha Yoga Co. across social platforms, driving brand awareness, cultivating deep community relationships, and inspiring our audience through storytelling, strategy, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with brand goals and values.
- Create, curate, and manage daily content (images, videos, captions, stories, etc.) across Instagram, Youtube, and other relevant platforms.
- Grow and nurture an engaged online community by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering conversation.
- Collaborate with our creative team to produce inspiring, authentic content that reflects our premium brand aesthetic.
- Plan and launch community initiatives such as challenges, collaborations,



giveaways, and events (both digital and physical).
- Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics; optimize strategies based on insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, yoga, wellness, and lifestyle marketing.
- Build relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and partners.

What We’re Looking For:

- A deep passion for yoga, wellness, and conscious living.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or related fields.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to capture the brand voice authentically.
- A natural storyteller who understands how to build connection and trust online.
- Basic skills in photo/video editing are a plus.
- Self-starter attitude with creativity, initiative, and an eye for detail.
- Enthusiastic about growing with a mission-driven, heart-led brand.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
