About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in the real estate industry to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that generate quality leads and strengthen brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across paid campaigns, social media, SEO, and lead generation, with a strong understanding of the real estate customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and execute paid social campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and content teams for marketing collateral and campaign creatives.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to track lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain website content, landing pages, and digital assets to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.





Required Skills

- 3–8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of CRM integration and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing certifications are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in residential and/or commercial real estate marketing.
- Strong understanding of real estate lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Creative mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
