Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented DM Specialist to manage direct marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, and lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, marketing expertise, and the ability to drive conversions through strategic outreach.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns across various channels.

Generate and nurture leads through effective communication strategies.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve campaign performance.

Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate record management.

Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports.

Develop engaging promotional content and marketing messages.

Handle customer queries and follow-ups professionally.





Identify current opportunities for customer acquisition and retention.

Ensure timely execution of marketing activities and events.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in direct marketing or related fields.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative thinking with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

Experience in educational or training industry is an added advantage.

Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools.

Strong presentation and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
