Key Responsibilities:

- Sell a variety of domestic holiday packages and travel experiences to customers based on their preferences, budget, and needs.
- Advise clients on different holiday destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities within the country.
- Provide expert knowledge of travel destinations, seasonal offers, and exclusive deals for domestic holidays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in selecting, customizing, and booking travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, offers, and travel packages within the domestic travel market.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Promote additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and add-ons to enhance the customer’s travel experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
