We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result driven Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about marketing and excited to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Perform SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Build landing pages and optimize conversion rates.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, and other AI platforms to improve content creation, marketing workflows, and productivity.
- Create marketing automation workflows using WhatsApp, email, CRM, and AI-powered tools.
- Research market trends, competitors, and emerging AI technologies.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, trainers, and the sales team.
- Deliver practical Digital Marketing training sessions to students, including hands on projects and AI powered marketing tools.




- Counsel prospective students about Digital Marketing career opportunities and guide them through the course enrollment process.
- Support student learning by mentoring, evaluating assignments, and helping learners build job-ready digital marketing skills.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- SEO and keyword research knowledge.
- Social Media Marketing expertise.
- Content Writing and Copywriting skills.
- Email Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
- Basic WordPress website management.
- Canva or graphic design fundamentals.
- Video editing basics (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and AI powered productivity platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in AI assisted marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in education or training industry is a plus.
