Job Brief

We are looking for a branding & project delivery specialist to join the marketing management team at our organization. This is a new role and the candidate will co-ordinate objectives with marketing, creative and content departments for operational excellence. The position will also ensure brand consistency and develop vendor management programs from the ground up.

The Role: Impact & Contribution

- Brand Policing for effective standardization across mediums

- Liaison with multiple internal teams and ensuring smooth project delivery

- Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders & vendors

Job Responsibilities:

- Taking ownership for deploying brand strategies
- Responsible for ensure branding standardization across our global assets (infrastructure, collaterals, gifts & stationery, dgital etc)
- Work with content & design teams for ensuring smooth delivery of projects
- Become the SPOC for Impact team across internal & external teams
- Measure and report performance of all content & design project deliveries




- Create vendor relationships for quality delivery

Key Competencies Required:

Technical:

- Graduate level

- Track record in managing branding projects

- 6 years plus experience

- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Aware of project management practices

Behavioral:

- Proven team worker, networker and motivator

- Good people management skills

- Excellent organizational and planning skills

- Able to achieve robust credibility both internally and externally

- Passion to deliver results within stipulated deadlines

Performance Measurement

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

- Degree Level – Preferable Marketing
