1. Litigation Advocate (5+ Years PQE)

Eligibility:

- Minimum 5 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Valid Bar Council Sanad
- Resident of Mumbai
- Strong legal research, drafting, and pleading skills
- Ability to independently handle litigation matters

Practice Areas:
High Court, RERA, SRA, MHADA, Co-operative Matters, ULC, Collector Office, Land Revenue, CTSO, SLR, and other Government Authorities.

2. Legal Intern

Eligibility:

- Final-year LL.B. students or Fresh Law Graduates
- Resident of Mumbai
- Strong interest in litigation and real estate laws
- Good research, drafting, and communication skills

Responsibilities:
Assist advocates in legal research, drafting, court appearances,



case management, and matters before various courts and statutory authorities.
