Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and manage the complete Senior Citizen Group Tours Division. The candidate should have prior experience working as a Head of Department, CEO, or in a senior leadership role within a reputed senior citizen travel agency or group tour company.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in handling senior group travel operations, business development, team management, vendor coordination, tour planning, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation for the division.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Handle complete operations of the Senior Citizen Group Tours Division.

* Develop and manage domestic and international senior citizen group tour packages.

* Lead the department with full responsibility for business growth and profitability.

* Generate revenue and achieve billing targets for the division.

* Manage tour planning, execution, costing, and vendor negotiations.

* Build strong relationships with hotels, transport vendors, airlines, and travel partners.

* Ensure high-quality customer service and smooth travel experiences for senior travelers.

* Recruit, train, and manage the operations and sales teams.





* Monitor market trends and create new travel products for senior citizen groups.

* Handle escalations, customer queries, and operational challenges efficiently.

* Coordinate with finance and management teams for budgeting and reporting.

## Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Senior Citizen Group Tours.

* Prior experience as HOD, CEO, General Manager, or Senior Leadership role in a travel company.

* Strong knowledge of domestic and international group travel operations.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* Ability to independently handle and scale the complete division.

* Robust networking and vendor management capabilities.

* Target-oriented with strong business development skills.

* Proficiency in travel operations systems and MS Office.

## Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates who have previously worked with reputed senior citizen travel agencies and have successfully managed group tour divisions will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹25,928.86 - ₹84,996.95 per month
