You are Responsible for:

- Conducting regular audits to assess the quality of clinical practices and patient outcomes.

- Implementing quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient safety and care standards.

- Providing training and guidance to nursing staff on quality protocols and best practices.





- Analyzing data related to patient care and reporting findings to management for informed decision-making.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

- A valid nursing license and clinical experience in a hospital setting.
