RBI Compliance Officer (Middle Layer NBFC)

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Experience: 4–8 Years (Mandatory experience with a Middle Layer NBFC)

We are looking for an experienced RBI Compliance Qualified with end-to-end knowledge of NBFC regulatory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling A to Z RBI compliances for a Middle Layer NBFC.
- Filing all RBI DNBS returns/forms (XBRL/online/offline, as applicable).
- CIC Reporting (CIBIL, CRIF High Mark, Equifax & Experian).
- NESL Reporting.
- CKYC reporting and compliance.
- FIU-IND/AML/CFT reporting and regulatory compliance.
- CRILC reporting.
- RBI DAKSH portal compliance and supervisory submissions.
- Statutory Auditor Certificate (SAC) related filings.
- Compliance with Scale Based Regulation (SBR) framework.




- Submission of fraud/NPA related regulatory returns, if applicable.
- Coordination with RBI, statutory auditors and internal stakeholders for regulatory inspections and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of RBI Master Directions, Fair Practices Code, KYC Directions, Outsourcing Guidelines, and all periodic regulatory returns applicable to Middle Layer NBFCs.
