Senior UI Designer (Product Designer)

Experience: 4–7 Years
Domain: Enterprise SaaS, B2B Products, Multi-Portal Applications, Fintech/BFSI
Tools: Figma (Mandatory), Adobe XD/Sketch (Good to Have)

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior UI Designer to design modern, intuitive, and scalable interfaces for enterprise SaaS products, admin portals, dashboards, and mobile applications. You'll work closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to create pixel-perfect, developer-ready designs and maintain a consistent design system.

Key Responsibilities

- Design UI for enterprise web applications, dashboards, admin portals, and mobile apps.
- Create user-friendly interfaces for complex business workflows.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
- Create interactive prototypes and developer-ready designs.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent UI across devices.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
- Review implemented UI to ensure design quality.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of UI/Product Design experience.




- Strong portfolio of Enterprise SaaS/B2B products.
- Experience with dashboards, tables, forms, reports, and workflow-based applications.
- Experience in Fintech/BFSI products is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems, Dev Mode).
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Good understanding of accessibility and contemporary UI principles.
- Experience using AI tools (Figma AI, ChatGPT, Galileo AI, v0, Claude, or similar) to improve design productivity.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive layouts.
- Experience with Material Design or Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience working in fast-paced product teams.
