Key Responsibilities

* Monitor online conversations across social media platforms, news portals, blogs, forums, and review websites.

* Track brand mentions, keywords, hashtags, and emerging trends using social listening tools.

* Identify negative sentiment, misinformation, fake news, and potential reputation risks and escalate them promptly.

* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and campaign-wise ORM reports with insights and recommendations.

* Coordinate with internal content, creative, and client teams for timely issue resolution.

* Conduct sentiment analysis and identify audience perception trends.

* Monitor competitors' online reputation and benchmark performance.

* Support crisis communication by identifying and reporting high-priority issues in real time.

* Maintain trackers for grievances, public feedback, escalations, and resolutions.

* Assist in creating ORM dashboards and performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint.





* Ensure adherence to client SLAs and reporting timelines.

Required Skills

* Robust understanding of Online Reputation Management and Social Listening.

* Hands-on experience with monitoring tools.

* Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

* Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and public forums.

* Ability to identify trends, sentiment shifts, and potential reputational risks.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,635.44 per month
