Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Specialist who can implement AI-powered marketing systems, manage performance campaigns, and drive measurable growth.

The ideal candidate must actively work within tools, execute campaigns, optimize performance daily, and use AI-driven strategies to improve visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute AI-powered marketing initiatives using tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and marketing automation platforms
- Develop and optimize SEO-focused content aligned with AI search and voice search visibility
- Implement structured data and content frameworks to improve AI discoverability
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing for advertisements, landing pages, and marketing funnels
- Manage website analytics, event tracking, and performance dashboards
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager to generate actionable insights
- Improve website conversion rates through continuous testing and optimization




- Build automated lead generation and nurturing workflows
- Support and integrate traditional marketing initiatives with digital campaigns
- Coordinate with content, design, and operations teams for seamless campaign execution
- Identify new acquisition channels and experiment with scalable growth opportunities
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of hands-on marketing execution experience
- Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and automation
- Experience in SEO, AI search optimization, and voice search visibility
- Practical experience managing performance marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
- Hands-on experience with tracking, analytics, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization principles
- Ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of both traditional marketing and digital performance strategies

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in hospitality, travel, or real estate marketing
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems
- Experience implementing structured data and schema
- Growth experimentation mindset

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
