About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Area Sales Executive to manage sales activities within the assigned area. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and retailer networks, increasing market penetration, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify current business opportunities and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely order processing, collections, and customer support.
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for smooth deliveries.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in tyre, automotive, FMCG, industrial products, or manufacturing sales.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in channel sales and dealer network development.
- Knowledge of the tyre and automotive aftermarket.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
