Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist - Digital Marketing (US Business - Day Shift)
About the Role

We are looking for Marketing Executives to join our team and drive lead generation for our Businesses. The role involves managing social media, running ad campaigns, and generating quality leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities.

- Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to generate rental leads.
- Well Versed with running campaign in dollars.
- Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Google) and post engaging rental-related content
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance performance of ads and optimize for better ROI.
- Work closely with the sales/calling team to pass leads for conversion and align marketing activities with project requirements.
- Research competitor marketing strategies and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and real estate industry practices.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing / social media marketing, preferably in real estate, rentals, and International services.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads,



and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Instagram promotions.
- Knowledge of lead generation funnels, landing pages, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and creative mindset.
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing or relevant field preferred.
